Do you rent out to private individuals or only companies?
We are currently only offering rentals to companies, but you are always welcome to contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Can I make an order without creating an account?
No, hence the information you provide when creating your account is required for us to be able to contact you, to create a tailored package for your needs and invoicing.
How do I create an account?
Find the category “My account” in the menu, then create an account in the right column.
Is it possible to rent equipment for events?
Yes, we offer both complete packages and individual products, which can be tailored to your event needs.
How do I pay for my order?
After completing your order, we have 24 hours to evaluate it, after which you will receive a confirmation, along with an invoice, unless we have to collect more information from you on your order. If that is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
How does the delivery of your products work?
Depending on your choice at checkout, you can either have the products delivered or pick it up yourself. The price of delivery depends on the location of delivery, and the volume and weight of your order.
Is it possible to hire a technician alongside the rental equipment for my event?
Yes, we offer a service, where a technician is present for the whole event. This offer is though limited to certain packages and offers, and often depends on the event requirements.
How do I contact you?
You can find contact information under the About us page, or use the contact form on the website. Otherwise if you create an account and make an order, an employee will contact you for more information as soon as possible.
Do you have insurance on your products?
Yes, we have insurance on all of our products we rent out and such expenses are always included in the rental price.
